Kratt's Creatures! 30 Years Later!
The older I become, the more I have been looking back on some of my favorite things from my childhood and being more appreciative of them. And in today's blog post, I wanted to celebrate one of those favorite moments. In fact, today marks thirty years since its debut of one of my personal favorite shows to watch as a kid and it was called Kratt's Creatures.
Kratt's Creatures debut in 1996 on the PBS channel and it only lasted for one season. It certainly was a heck of a season. The show was created by the Kratt Brothers along with Leo Eaton and it helped introduce us young kids at the time to learn about the wildlife and all kinds of amazing creatures all around the world.
This was the first time that I was introduced to the Kratt Brothers Martin and Chris along with their friends Allison and Ttark and together their showcase different animals and different habitats.
Since then I have been a major fan of the Kratt Brothers and have watched a number of their shows even to this day. I just loved seeing two brothers work together and have fun doing what they loved which is to be around such amazing animals.
Me and Chad would constantly watch this show and we fell in love with all this animals like tigers, lions, etc. As well as seeing some beautiful locations, such as Australia, Kenya, Canada, the Savanna, the Rain Forest, etc.
This show was so popular that eventually, the Kratt Brothers managed to get a new show out of it, aka Zoboomafoo. In fact this show is the first of many awesome shows that the Kratt Brothers have created and each one of them have been extremely enjoyable to watch.
Man, I can not believe it has been thirty years since this show debut. This show as well as the Kratt Brothers are the reason why I love watching animal documentaries like Planet Earth.
Looking back on all of this nostalgia, it really makes me feel happy and thankful for having those special moments in my life. To be perfectly honest with all of you, I greatly miss those days and wish I could recreate those moments as I grow older. Maybe someday.
With that being said, thank you so much to you both Martin and Chris! Thank you for bringing such cherished memories for me and my twin brother Chad. God Bless and Be Safe!
Hope you all enjoyed this blog post.
Until Next Time!
God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
