The Wacky Adventures Of Josh And Chad: Interview With Matt Silks
For the first time in a while, I got to go hangout with a long time friend Matt Silks, better known as TRK. It has been quite a while since we have seen each other. To be fair, we are both pretty busy trying to get ourselves with him trying to get the HWF going and me building up my writing and stuff. But when we do get to hangout it is always fun.
Especially considering what we did today. Me and Chad got to meet with Matt over at the Heritage Volunteer Fire Company in Lewistown to do a special interview for the upcoming HWF show among many things.
To be honest I really enjoy doing those interviews with him, mainly because I really like trying to help promote things for the local community.
The HWF will be using the Heritage Fire Co building Saturday May 24th for their pro wrestling show where I will also be there to cover the event for Hometown Sports Magazine.
The big discussion that we had was making a difference in the community and help bring hope to people in our hometown of Lewistown. It is a reason why I wanted to write this blog, of course I am going to take about some of my personal issues and share it with all of you. But I also would love to help promote special events around the area as well. You know, to help bring us all closer together.
Knowing Matt for as long as I have, seeing what he has been through to where he is now, really does put a smile on my face. He along with the rest of the gang of the HWF have been really trying their best to help out in the community as well as our friends at Seven Mountains Wrestling.
Which brings me to this coming Saturday May 10th, the HWF along with many others will be appearing at Kid Connection over at REC Park where many of the wrestlers will be appearing along with several other vendors.
I would also like to thank the Heritage Volunteer Fire Company for letting us come into their building to do the interview and if you would like to become a Fire Fighter with them, you can visit them at their building on 218 South Main St, in Lewistown, PA or you can check them out on their Facebook page.
Take Care Matt! Thank you again for the interview.
Until Next Time!
God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
