The Wacky Adventures Of Josh And Chad: Downfall Concert At Smoke House Griddle!
Well last night, Chad and I went out to Milroy to the Smoke House Griddle to watch the rock band known as Downfall.
This was going to be the first time that either Chad or myself have gotten to witness these guys playing. There are five members in the band with lead singer Jason Satta, Jeremiah Shafer on rhythm guitar, Dusty Sipes who was also on rhythm guitar, Beau Cabassa on bass and Zach Roll as the drummer.
The first time I heard of these guys was through my friendship with Dusty for I have know now for quite some time. When I saw that his band was playing at the Smoke House, I figure me and Chad would go out and see them play.
Plus, it isn't too often we go to Milroy, plus I can not even remember the last time I was ever at the Smoke House Griddle. We showed up a little bit early and got to meet and chat with the drummer of the band Zach Roll. Really good dude!
Then Dusty arrived and it was really good to catch up with him. For a while Dusty was there for me as a counselor for mental health and I hadn't seen him in a long time and I am very happy to see where he is at in his life.
I also got to meet Ed who used to shoot photos and Bill Corbin who coaches the Mifflin County all-star baseball team was also in the house.
As for the band, they were incredible, me and Chad really enjoyed listening to these guys. They covered some awesome songs like Are you going to be my girl by Jet, 867-5309/Jenny by Tommy Tutone, just to name a few.
Also I want to give a huge shout out to our waitress for that evening Carly, she was super sweet and a lot of fun to talk to as well as Bartender Tori. Thank you both for your incredible service. And thank you Smoke House Griddle for having us.
It really is fun to be able to go out and see these local bands perform. Just something about it brings me happiness. Hope to cover more of the local music scene.
If you guys want to hear some great music, you can see Downfall at their next show on April 26 over at the Burnham Eagles Club.
Until Next Time!
God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
