The Wacky Adventures Of Josh And Chad: The Adult Swim Band Concert!

This past Saturday evening, myself along with my twin brother Chad decided to head down to little McVeytown for a fun night of food and music.

This event has been something Chad and I have been looking forward to. Living in a small town as McVeytown, there isn't much to do, so to see that there was going to be an event like this, certainly got us excited.

Kind of a nice and breezy day to as we headed down town. As we arrived, we got to see a number of people already there as well as plenty of food options.

One of those food selections was getting to have some cookies and cream pancakes from Brooke Knable's Pretty Little Pancakes. Which were fantastic by the way! Of course, I had to have some pizza as well lol.

While we were there, we bumped into some of our other friends like the Sunderlands, Alan Clark from the McVeytown Museum, our cousin Ashley along with her husband Matt who were there to create a time capsule. We even got to see and hangout with Ms. Deb Himes, who currently runs the library here in McVeytown.

It was really nice to see her, especially after the struggles she had been going through a lot with her back and all. I hope and pray she continues her healing process. God Bless you Ms. Himes!

Once me and Chad had our fill of food, we chilled out and listen to some great music from the Adult Swim Band who played music from the 1960s to the 1980s. And I must say, they were really fun to listen to.

Sadly, the weather did not want to cooperate with us as all of a sudden, wind and rain started coming down on us. Chad and I went to help Ms. Himes to her car so she could get out of the rain before ducking for cover in the library so we could get out of the rain.

It sucked having to wait for the rain and wind to stop, but thankfully we all got to get through it. But even more amazingly, as we said our goodbyes, we were walking back to my car and we all got to see such an incredible sight.

We looked up into the sky and saw not one, but two rainbows. Which was sweet to see. I could be wrong, but I honestly do not ever remember seeing two rainbows at once before. Usually I see only one, so to see two at the same time was mind blowing.

It intrigued me so much, I decided to look it up and see the meaning behind it. And what I found was incredible. Seeing a double rainbow is sign of hope, God's Mercy, it is a reassurance, promise, blessing and spiritual awakening. It also talks about transformation where seeing a double rainbow was a sign of moving on from past struggles into a brighter and new phase in your life. Praise the Lord!

Overall, it was a great night of fun and I am extremely grateful for it. Stuff like all of this do not happen too often and I am glad when they do. Also, great job to all of the food vendors and to the Adult Swim Band for a great night.

Until Next Time!

God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
