Happy Birthday My Twin! (35 Years)
Well, well, well, 35 years, 35 years since I was brought into this crazy world. But for some of you may or may not know, I was born with another half and he is really the only person on this Earth who can honestly say that he has been with me since day zero. He is my identical twin, Chad.
People say everything happens for a reason and or there are certain people who come into your life to help you through things. Which honestly, I completely agree with those sentiments because Chadman has totally been that person who has helped me out so much with a lot of things.
Again, it is no secret that I struggle with Cerebral Palsy and Scoliosis. But what many people may not know is that it usually happens when it involves having twins which I just so happen to have a twin. Which leads me to my first point.
Thank you God for having my twin brother Chad in my life because, it made me realize that I wasn't alone in my struggles and that there who is always there for me. Which is really nice because for a very long time I had felt so alone. No one in this world can honestly say they can understand what I go through, except for Chad.
Especially when I was really going through some tough times and doing a lot of self-harming. Many days and many nights, I wondered if it was a great idea to just end it all. But thankfully, Chad was always there as a source of comfort and kept my mind at ease.
Living in a small town like Mattawana isn't always easy, plus a lot of stuff that I love, like comic books, anime, pro wrestling aren't exactly a common theme. It really is a good thing to have my twin with me who also likes the same things. Although we don't always agree with the reasons to why we love these things, but that is with every siblings.
We always played video games together and he has been always so supportive of me when it comes to creative writing and other art projects. Chad along with my parents and big brother Cody and his wife Christine were excited for me when I launched my first book.
Speaking of pro wrestling, I always felt like we are a real life tag team, us working together to reach something special.
I am so thankful for having my twin brother in my life. And with me trying to become more positive in my life, it is important to mention the ones who has been there for us and Chad has certainly been one of those people who has always been there for me when I was at my darkest.
This is how much I love my twin brother Chad, if I ever get a chance to marry the woman of my dreams, Chad is already marked as the best man. If I ever had a son, his name is going to be Chad Michael, or Chad something. He has been that important to me in my life.
I will always love you my dear twin and I pray that together, we can soon find our happiness and place in life. Thank you so much for always being there and I am proud to call you my twin.
With everything that we have been through together, from the death of our Pap to graduation to losing Nan to my self-harming to stepping in to be a part of our big brother Cody's wedding to becoming uncles for the first time and soon to be second time 😁. It certainly has been a ride.
Always appreciate those around you, because you never know when you will lose them and I love and appreciate everything about you my twin.
Happy Birthday Chad! It has been an interesting 35 years and I am excited to see where things are heading next for us. Hope and Pray nothing but the best for you my dear twin.
Until Next Time!
God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
