The Wacky Adventures Of Josh And Chad: Yoder Family Christmas Party/Cody, Christine, Macy And Lukey!

This past weekend was quite interesting to say the least, as me and my family got to go to our annual Yoder family Christmas reunion. We also got a visit from my older brother Cody along with his wife Christine, my nephew Lukey and their always fun dog Macy.

Thankfully they managed to get here safely on Friday. I always get nervous because it usually takes them or us about five and a half hours to get to each others' houses. Of course, with it being a lot colder out and there was some snow falling down, it just makes me more anxious and I am again thankful for them getting here safely.

Of course it was going to be a crazy enough weekend as it is with a hyper four year old as well as the fact my family was going to be watching the Penn State game before heading off to the reunion.

In fact, football was already going crazy in the house as I was watching Notre Dame defeat Indiana which I was thankful to see but now it is onto Georgia. Then on Saturday my father was glued to the TV as was myself and other family members while my older brother Cody decided to go with some friends to see the game live. And to be perfectly honest with all of you, I was not expecting it to be a blowout like the game ended up being.

But now it was time to go see my family at the reunion and I must say, it never fails to amaze me how my family truly is. And it is crazy to think that like my family that I grow up with are now having children of their own.

It is always good to see my family though, plus I think it is very important because you never know when you or others will be leaving this Earth whether we like it or not. So it is always special when we go see them.

Of course it was cool to see my little nephew go run around and play games with his cousins especially since he doesn't come around often due to them living in New York. I loved seeing him smile when Santa Claus made an appearance and handed out presents. Lukey was so excited to get a shirt with a tornado on it. For some reason he is into tornadoes but nonetheless, I was happy to see him smile.

It was fun and exciting weekend and with it coming to an end, I pray that Cody, Christine, Lukey and Macy will all have a safe trip back home. Love you guys always!

Until Next Time!

God Bless and Be Safe Everybody! 🙏🙏🙏
